The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring everyone in my family found something appealing. The staff were friendly, fluent in English, and more than willing to assist with any query.
The room weren't quite as modern as I expected, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Charming Stay with Good Dining
We enjoyed a lovely evening at the onsite restaurant after a long day exploring the city. The charming atmosphere and delectable à la carte options made for a nice dinner. Just a heads-up, the hotel is on a hill, so prepare for a few stairs when using public transport.

Very friendly staff, the food in the bar is excellent & good value for money. Not my first stay at the Hotel Golf and I will stay there again.
The rooms haven't all been updates, so you may get "communist era" bathrooms (super efficient though!) or strange looking furniture, that is, however, very comfortable.

Location: Excellent. Its a quiet place , and still not too far from the tram station. Parking: The hotel has a lot of parking space which, although not locked, is pretty secure as the hotel is located in a cul-de-sac and there is a guard roaming around. Transport: The tram stop is just a minute walk away. Tram leaves every couple of minutes and goes straight to the city center. Takes about 20 and 25 minutes and is not at all boring. Tickets for tram are availalble at the hotel reception. The hotel is clean and comfortable. French fries, baked potatoes and fresh crepes was an interesting addition to the usual european breakfast.
Not all the rooms are inside the main hotel building. Its gets a little uncomfortable to get out of room in winters and dress fully just for breakfast. The telephone in room wasn't working so we couldn't order room service. Had to walk down to main reception everytime.
